AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.18.020 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO FILING
FEES FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4.18.020 of the A.M.C. is hereby amended by changing the last
phrase thereof to read:
"..., and upon filing of the petition shall deposit with the City Recorder a
filing fee established by Resolution of the City Council."
SECTION 2. Classification of the Fee. The fee specified in Section 1 of this Ordinance is
classified as not subject to the limits of Section 1 lb of Article XI of the Oregon Constitution
(Ballot Measure 5).
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the 6th day of September
duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 20thday of September , 1994.
