AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 15.04.096 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ELIMINATE SUBDIVIDER REIMBURSEMENTS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY Of ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 15.04.096 of the Ashland Municipal Code is repealed.
