AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY OFF SUNNYVIEW
DRIVE ON THE MARGARET WILEY PROPERTY
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. On the date specified in section two of this
ordinance, the public right of way described below is vacated:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 30 of WOOLENS
ADDITION to the city of Ashland, according to the Official
Plat thereof, now of record in Jackson County, Oregon;
thence EAST, along the Southerly line of said Lot 30, to the
Westerly line of North Street as vacated per Volume 223,
page 404 of the official Records of said Jackson County;
thence SOUTH, along said Westerly line, to the Northeast
corner of Lot 29 of said WOOLENS ADDITION; thence WEST,
along said Northerly line, to the Northwest corner of said
Lot 29; thence NORTH to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The above described right of way shall be deemed
vacated upon the recording of a subdivision plat subdividing the
property upon which the right of way is located.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the ./f;~z~, day of
