Meirstin ("Owners") grant, sell, transfer and deliver to the City of Ashland, Oregon, by and through its Parks and Recreation Commission, the equipment, furnishings, and fixtures listed on the attached Exhibit A. In addition, Owners grant, sell, transfer and deliver to the City all other equipment, furnishings, fixtures and capital improvements of whatsoever nature not otherwise listed on Exhibit A that are located on the premises of the restaurant and lounge at the Oak Knoll Golf Course except for the following: one RCA 19" TV.. 1..[~t'33~ C,~,~,~' ,,.,,~ 'T,,-~,~,~-, , Consideration for this transfer is $10,985.03 for Kenneth L. Main Street Ashland, OR 97520 Re: Oak Knoll Enterprises - Ken Meirstin Dear Mr. Nolte: I am returning to your office a Bill of Sale which has been signed by Ken Meirstin. This Bill of Sale is returned with the following understanding: Ken Meirstin has no knowledge whether the equipment, furnishings and fixtures listed on Exhibit "A" are still on the property. To the contrary, Ken Meirstin and myself learned during the course of the litigation that a substantial amount of the equipment, furnishings and fixtures have been altered or removed by the new owners. In addition, the hot dog cart and trailer were not part of the litigation. The hot dog cart and trailer belong to Ken Meirstin and was never part of the litigation. The Bill of Sale is delivered to you with the above clarification and understanding. I believe that this matter should now be concluded.
