Adams, Jr. and Sam B. Davis, Grantors, convey to the City of Ashland, grantee, an easement to use a portion of grantors' property described as follows: See Exhibit 'A' The terms of this easement are as follows: 1. City, its agents, independent contractors and invitees shall use the easement to construct, reconstruct, install, and use a public sidewalk over real property described above. Upon completion and acceptance of the constructed sidewalk, Grantors shall Comply with the requirements of Ashland Municipal Code Section 13.04. 4. The duration of this easement shall be perpetual and the obligations of these covenants shall bind the Grantors, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. 3.
