QUITCLAIM DEED
City of Ashland, Oregon, Grantor, releases and quitclaims to Daniel T. Erchul and Mary
Krystine, 446 Allison Street #3, Ashland, OR 97520, Grantee, all right, title and interest
in and to the following described real property:
That Natural Drainage Way Easement deeded to the City of Ashland on that Minor
Land Partition Plat filed for record on the 16th Day of December, 1988 and recorded in
Volume 8 page 91 of "Minor Land Partitions" in Jackson Country, Oregon.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the right of way of Seena Lane in the City
of Ashland Jackson Country, Oregon.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE
PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY
APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST
FARMING OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED IN ORS 30.930.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $1.00 plus other property or value which
may be a part of the consideration.
