DEDICATION OF SIDEWALK EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Charles L. Butler, Jr. and Linda S.
Buter, as owners/grantors do hereby dedicate and grant to the public of THE CITY OF
ASHLAN?, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon the following described tract
for public use for sidewalk easement purposes,

A sidewalk easement for public use located in the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section
5, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamctte Meridian in the City of Ashland in
Jackson County, Oregon, mOJ:"e particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point for the Northeast corner oftract described in Instrument No. 85-
13500 uf the Deed Records of Jackson County. Oregon, said point being the point of intersection
of the Southerly right-of-way line of Grant Street and the Southwesterly right-of-way line of
North Main Street; thence South 32016'43') East (Record South 3201TEast) along said
Southwesterly right-of-way line 162.02 feet to the Southeast comer of said tract; thence leaving
said right-of-way, North 89050'43" West along the Southerly boundary of said tract 0.59 feet;
thence leaving said boundary along the arc ofa 14.50 foot radius curve to the len (the long chord
to which bears North 53004'45" West 10,87 feet) an arc distance of 11.14 feet~ thence along the
arc ofa 16,50 foot radius curve to the right (the long chord to which bears North 53041' II" West
12.05 feet) an arc distance of 12.33 feet; thence North 32016'43" West 144.88 feet; thence North
89054'53" West 337.09 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of tract described in Instrument
No. 96-21766 of said Deed Records; thence North 00006'00" West along said Westerly boundary
2.00 feet to a point on the aforementioned Southerly right~of-vvay line of Grant Street; thence
