An ordinance vacating a portion of Oregon btreet in the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, and requiring the City Recorder to
certify a copy or this ordinance to the County Clerk, County Engineer
and County Assessor.
vrrlBRbAS, by petition signed by all of the adjoining property
owners, it has been requested that the City of Ashland vacate that
portion of Oregon Street hereinafter described, and
WHER~S, due notice of said vacation has been given in the
manner and form required by law, and the Planning Commission having
recommended said vacation, and the Common Council having conducted a
hearing thereon, and it appearing to the Common Council that the
public convenience and welfare will be served thereby and that this

Section 2.
That the City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a certified
copy of said ordinance to the County Glerk, County Bngineer and County
Assessor of Jackson County, Oregon.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed, under a suspension of
the rules, at a regular meeting of the Common Council held on the
