CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
Contract made this 20th day of March ,2003, between the City of Ashland
("City") and Altec Industries, Inc. ("Contractor").
City and Contractor agree:
1. Contract Documents: This contract is made as a result of an Invitation to Bid issued
by City entitled "INVITATION TO BID" for an 37' BUCKET TRUCK WITH INSULATED
BOOM ON FORD F550 CHASSIS, Bid No. #107-2003, Contractor was awarded the

2. Scope: Contractor shall produce and deliver the equipment described in the contract

Payment terms: Net 30 days
