HIGHWAY FUND RECEIPTS
AUTHORIZATION FOR DIRECT TRANSFER OF
WARRANTS TO THE OREGON STATE TREASURER
LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL
I, the undersigned, legal custodian of the public funds of
Ashland (City), do hereby authorize the paying
agent of the Department of Transportation to deliver dir-
ectly to the Investment Officer of the Oregon State Trea-
surer, Local Government Investment Pool, the warrant drawn
against the state agency for the HIGHWAY receipts distri-
bution and made payable to said City for direct deposit to
the account of said City with the Oregon State Treasurer,
Local Government Investment Pool. This authorization shall
remain in force until cancelled by written notice to the
paying agent of the Department of Transportation.

have Power of Attorney to negotiate warrants made payable to
said City and delivered to him by the Executive Department
for the State of Onegon, for the purpose of depositing the
proceeds of such warrants to the account of said City with
the Oregon State Treasurer, Local Government Investment Pool.
