AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE SUNSET CLAUSE FOR THE
CHRONIC NUISANCE (PARTY HOUSE) ORDINANCE
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9.18.090 of the Ashland Municipal Code is repealed.
