AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1.08
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT
TO THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR INFRACTIONS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1o Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1934 and
Section 1.08.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code
shall be amended by changing the maximum amount
of a fine from $100.00 to $500.00.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the ~
