AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.16.030
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO PAYMENT
OF ANNEXATION FEES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4.16.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto, the following language:
"or under such contract terms as may be
approved by the City Council."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the ~/~day of
