AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE ASSESSMENTS IN PART
THAT WERE LEVIED BY ASHLAND ORDINANCE NO. 2224.
SECTION 1.
The assessments levied for work on Prim Street are hereby
reduced as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein and Ordinance No. 2224 which originally
levied said assessments is hereby modified to reduce the assess-
ments as set forth in Exhibit "A."
The foregoing Ordinance was first granted at the regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland held on the
/~ day of ~/.'~-~'~.-L~-- , 1983, and passed to a second
reading and fully adopted on the /5-~-day of )//,~.~. , 1983.

Reduction of Prim Street Assessments
Eng.iueering has furnished the f~nal co.~ts of the tw3 pre-
assessed projects. (Attached .is memo from Bob with break
down) .
Brian did not feel it was necessary to go before the Council
to reduce the assessments, therefore Jim Olson, Engineering,
has computed the assessment rebates, copy attached.
Will you please prepare the necessary ordinance for the re-
ductions?
After passage of the ordinance I will credit the reduction to
each parcel that is Bancrofted. To this date no parcel has been
