AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052,
THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND,
AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL
CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON
COUNTY RR-5 (RURAL RESIDENTIAL 5 AC. MINIMUM),
TO CITY E-1 (EMPLOYMENT). (Industrial Park
Annexation)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030
of the Ashland Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, amended
to rezone from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential-5 Ac. Min.)
District, to City E-1 (Employment) District, the real property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 15th day of
February, 1983, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
April, 1983.
