AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.12. 030 OF
THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO
CERTIFICATE OF LIEN SEARCH.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2002 and Section 4.12.030
of the Ashland Municipal Code are hereby amended by changing
the fee therein to twenty dollars ($20.00).
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /~ -~ day
