AN ORDINANCE AFLENDING ORDIANCE NO. 2052,
THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE· AND SECTION 18.12.030
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SO (SOUTHERN OREGON
COLLEGE) TO R-3 (MULTI-FAMILY, HIGH DENSITY).
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code is hereby amended to rezone from
S-O (Southern Oregon College) District to R-3 (Multi-family,
High-density) District, those properties on the West side
of S. Mountain Avenue designated on Assessor's Map. 9DD
tax lots 100, part of 300, 600, 700, 900 and 1000.
The foregoing ordiance was first read on the ~,"-~/- day of
