AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE
CABLE COMMUNICATION FRANCHISE FROM TCl
CABLEVlSlON OF OREGON, INC. TO FALCON CABLE
SYSTEMS COMPANY II, L.P., A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The transfer of the Cable Communication Franchise as contained in
Ordinance no. 2258 and amended by Ordinance nos. 2415, 2536, 2710 and 2737
from TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. ("TCI") to Falcon Cable Systems Company II,
L.P., a limited partnership, (~Falcon") is approved provided that the closings of the
transactions between TCI and Falcon occur as represented in the FCC Form 394 filed
in this matter and the package of documents delivered to the city by TCI on May 29,
1998, a copy of which is on file with the City Recorder.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the J day of
