AN ORDINANCE REPEALING MERCHANT POLICE
REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 6.12 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH STATE
LAW.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6.12 of the Ashland Municipal Code is repealed in its entirety.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the
