RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE
REVENUES
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to
receive State revenues for fiscal year 1997-98.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland
Municipal Code §2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 1 day
of July , 1997.
