A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INVESTMENT OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AS LISTED IN THE CITY OF ASHLAND'S
INVESTMENT POLICY, TO SELL, ASSIGN, AND ENDORSE FOR
TRANSFER, CERTIFICATES REPRESENTING STOCKS, BONDS, OR
OTHER SECURITIES NOW REGISTERED OR HEREAFTER
REGISTERED WITH KEY CAPITAL MARKETS, INC., IN THE NAME OF
THE CITY OF ASHLAND.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The investment officers of the City of Ashland, as listed in the City of
Ashland's Investment Policy, are hereby authorized to sell, assign, and endorse for
transfer, certificates representing stocks, bonds, or other securities now registered or
hereafter registered with Key Capital Markets, Inc., in the name of the City of Ashland.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED thisbe'day of ~_.~1998.
