QUINN and VICTORIA A. QUINN, Grantees, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, State of Oregon, described as follows: See attached Exhibit A hereto The true and actual consideration for this conveyance is zero in terms of dollars but other good and valuable consideration.
