Thank you for your prompt response to my recent letter
forwarding the revised price schedules for pole opera-
tions under our General Pole Agreement of April 15 , 1958 .
Enclosed is a fully executed copy for your files .
In the future, I agree that it would be desirable to
automatically revise these schedules upon completion of
your negotiations with PP&,L. In this way our prices will
remain current and should simplify accounting at your
end as well .

Dear Mr. Almquist:
Your letter of April 6, 1976 forwarded copies of new price schedules
for pole operations under our General Pole Agreement dated April 15,
1958. These schedules were similar to those in effect with PP&L in
1975.
PP&L and this company revised table I to include the year 1976 even
though the pole prices remained stationary. In view of this, I have
included this revised schedule in the attached price tables.
If you concur, please sign and date both copies of the revised schedules
and return one copy for our file.
In the future, if you are agreeable, we will automatically revise
these schedules on a yearly basis when negotiations with PP&L on
pole prices are completed.
