This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE GARAGE/ADDITIONLLIVlNG SPACE STRUCURE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES CONFORMANCE WITH AN APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
