This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property. ACTION: 1) THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO IMPROVE THE BASEMENT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE BASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE BASEMENT AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES SITE REVIEW APPROVAL FOR A SECOND UNIT, AND THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT RECEIVED THE NECESSARY APPROVALS. THEREFORE, IT IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO USE THE BASEMENT AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDNETIAL UNIT, AND IS THEREBY SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
