This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property. ACTION: 1) THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO REMODEL THE EXISTING DAYLIGHT BASEMENT AND THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT USE THIS LIVING SPACE WITH A KITCHEN FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES CONFORMANCE WITH AN APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF. / .... --.
