actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS FOR INSTALLATION OF 5' WIDE
SIDEWALKS ALONG FAITH AVE, AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS TO INSTALL A 5' WIDE SIDEWALK FOR THE UNIMPROVED SECTION IN THE
SOUTH EAST CORNER OF PARCEL
2) AGREE THAT IN THE EVENT THE EXISTING 24" DIAMETER PINE TREE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH EAST
CORNER OF PARCEL 1, DIES OR ms REMOVED, THE PROPERTY OWNER WILL COMPLETE THE 5' WIDE
