CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, TESTING
AND SPLICING OF HFC VIDEO AND DATA NETWORK
Second Addendum made this -~ i ~-r day of ~,~ I_~ ,2003,
between the City of Ashland ("City") and Hunter Construction,,UInlnc. ("Contractor").
Recitals:
A. On July 2, 1999, City and Contractor entered into a Contract for Construction,
Installation, Testing and Splicing of HFC Video and Data Network (further referred to in
this Second Addendum as "the agreement").
B. On January 29, 2003, City and Contractor entered into an "Addendum to City of
Ashland Contract for Construction, Installation, Testing and Splicing of Hfc Video and
Data Network" (the "Addendum").
C. The parties desire to amend the Addendum to extend the ending date to June 30,
2004.
City and Contractor agree to amend the Addendum in the following manner:
1. The last sentence in paragraph 1 of the Addendum is changed to read: "Unless
otherwise notified in writing by AFN, the agreement and this Addendum ends on June
30, 2004."
2. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement and the Addendum shall
remain in full force and effect.
