HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-051 Findings - SocherBEFORE THE ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL JACKSON COUNTY, OREGON June 15, 1993 IN THE MATTER OF PLANNING ACTION #93-020, REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXPAND THE NUMBER OF UNITS OF AN EXISTING TRAVELLERS' ACCOMMODATION, LOCATED AT 261 W. HERSEY STREET, FROM FOUR TO FIVE UNITS. APPLICANT: AUDRY SOCHER FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDERS The City Council, following proper public notice, held a Public Hearing on June 15, 1993 at which time testimony was received and exhibits were presented. The City Council approved the application with conditions and adopted by reference the findings, conclusions and orders of the Planning Commission meeting of April 13, 1993. Therefore, based on our overall conclusions, and upon the proposal being subject to each of the following conditions, we approve Planning Action #93-020. Further, if any one or more of the conditions below are found to be invalid, for any reason whatsoever, then Planning Action #93-020 is denied. The following are the conditions and they are attached to the approval: 1) That all proposals of the applicant be conditions of approval unless otherwise modified here. 2) That all conditions of the previous approvals (PA87-146 & PA89- 112) shall remain in effect. 3) That the additional parking space be paved and all proposed fencing installed prior to occupancy of the additional unit. 4) That the applicant obtain a building permit for all work associated with the remodelling of the existing studio.
