As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:

THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A STUDIO IN THE DAYLIGHT
BASEMENT OF THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE AT THE REAR OF THE PROPRETY. THIS DOES NOT
CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A
KITCHEN IN THE STUIDO SPACE STRUCURE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE RESIDENTIAL UNIT.
USE OF THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE DOES NOT MEET THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, AND IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY
SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS ON THE
ADJACENT ALLEY (SOUTH SIDE), AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
