Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.

IMPROVEMENTS ON PARK STREET, AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
