EASEMENT
Bruce G. Smith and Sylvia D. Smith, owners of that certain real property described on
Exhibit "A", do hereby grant a public easement for the use of those certain trails situated on the
subject property as indicated on Exhibit "B" attached. It is expressly understood that this
easement is revocable in nature and will be deemed revoked at such time as Grantors, their
successors and assigns, shall record a Revocation of this easement in the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon. Until revoked, this easement may be utilized by the public for trail
pu~ose~ only m~d motorized vehicles of all kinds are strictly prohibited. The consideration for
this easement is the agreement of the Ashland Parks and Recreation Department to erect
appropriate signs and otherwise pursue all reasonable measures to terminate all use of the subject
property by the public excepting the use of these trails.
