KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GRESNSPRINGS HOMES, INC., an
Oregon Corporation, beinG the owner of the herein described
property, does hereby dedicate to the public an easement for public
utilities over, under and across a portion of Lot'Nineteen (19) in
CLEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, a Planned Community to the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; said portion beinG more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner oX Lot 19 in CLEAR CREEK
SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, now of
record in Jackson Counhy, Oregon; thence south 15040'00'' East
2.00 feet; thence South 74~20'00'' West 70.75 feet; thence, along
the arc of a 66.00 foot radius curve to the left (the long chord
to which bears North 25o11'46'' We~t 2.03 fe~t) a distance of 2.03
feet to the north line of said Lot 19; thence, along said north
llne, North 74°20'00'' East 71.09 feet to the point of beginning.
