Enclosed is the original quitclaim deed which was signed by the Mayor and City Recorder
on September 1 7th, 2003. This document releases the City's interest in that waterline
easement which was acquired in 1970.
You will want to record this original document with the Jackson County Recorder's Office
as soon as possible so that this action will become public record and can be removed from
the title report for that lot. Would you please send me a copy of the deed after you have
recorded it.
