AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.23.020 WHICH
RELATES TO THE TERM OF AIRPORT COMMISSION MEMBERS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2.23.020 is hereby amended to add to it
the following wording:
"Any Commissioner who is absent from four or more
meetings in any one calendar year, without being excused,
shall be considered no longer active and the position
vacant, and a new Commissioner shall be appointed to fill
the vacancy."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meeting
of the Common Council held on the ~..day of .Q~_~_ , 1988, and
