AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE
WITH RESPECT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE ASHLAND HISTORIC COMMISSION
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2.24.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
2.24.030 Quorum - Rules and Requlations. Five (5) voting
members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum. At its first
meeting of the year, the Commission shall elect a chairman, vice
chairman and secretary, who shall hold office at the pleasure of
the Commission. The Commission may make rules and regulations for
its government and procedure, consistent with the laws of the State
and City Charter and Ordinances and shall meet at least once a
month on the first Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Ashland Community
Center, Ashland, Oregon.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the ~~LA- day of
