00° 03'02" East, 303.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin monumenting the
Southeast corner 'of parcel number 2 as shown on that minor land partition
filed for record on the 8th day of December 1980 and recorded in Volume 3,
page 83 of "Minor Land Partitions" in Jackson County, Oregon for the True
Point of Be~inninq; thence along the South line of said parcel 2 North 89°
54' 06" West, 72.00 feet; thence North 00~ '03'02'' West, 66.095 feet to the
North line of said parcel; thence South 89°54' 06" East, 12.00 feet;
thence South 00" 03' 02" East, 42.095 feet; thence South 89° 54' 06" East,
60.00 feet to the East line of. Clay Street; thence South 00° 03' 02" East,
24.00 feet to the point of beginning.
