EDWARD A. FALLON, TRUSTEE OF THE FALLON FAMILY TRUST, dated
May 8, 1989, Grantor, conveys to the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, all of Grantor's right, title and interest
in and to all of Roca Street, including the currently traveled
portion as well as any untraveled portion which may lie within the
platted but unrecorded plat of the OVERLOOK SUBDIVISION, City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, lying westerly of and contiguous
to the following described line, which line also appears on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof:
Commencing at a found 1 inch square iron bar situated at the

South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson

iron bolt situated at the North one-sixteenth section corner;
THENCE leaving said section line South 87 ° 11'56" East a

beginning of the back of a existing concrete curb;

the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;

of 29.60 feet to a point which is situated normal therefrom, a
