It is recognized that the hereinafter described land uses or is permitted to
use Talent Irrigation District irrigation water from the City of Ashland. The right
to the use of this water is regulated and may be temporarily or permanently
terminated pursuant to the provisions of Ashland City Ordinance No. 2188 and
as it may be amended in the future. The land involved is located at 347 Granite
Street in the City of Ashland, County of Jackson, State of Oregon, more
particularly described as follows:

As described in Warranty Deed of June 23, 1981, recorded
as #81-11766 in the Jackson County, Oregon, Recorder's Office
Beginning at a point on the section line between Sections 8 and 17, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, which point is 180 feet West
from the corner of Sections 8, 9, 16 and 17, said Township and Range; thence West, along
the South line of said Section 8, a distance of 37.32 chains, to the quarter corner on the
South line thereof; thence North, on the quarter line, 4.55 chains; thence East, 29 chains;
thence in a Northeasterly direction, to a point on the Westerly line of Granite Street, in
the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, said point being on the section line between
said Sections 8 and 9, a distance of 8.90 chains North of the said common comer; thence
Southeasterly, along the said Westerly line of said Granite Steer, to a point 105 feet North
of the section line between said sections 9 and 16; thence West, to a point 208 feet West
of the section line between said Sections 8 and 9; thence Southeasterly, 110 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the boundaries of the Plat of
ALBERT C. MEYER SUBDIVISION in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon filed
in Volume 12, Page 21, Jackson County, Oregon, ,Plat Records.

This agreement is to run with the land and to be binding on the heirs,
successors and assigns of the undersigned.
