AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement between the State of Oregon, Department of Human Resources,
State Community Services (SCS) and,
City of Ashland
20 E Main Street
Ashland, OR 97520
hereinafter referred to as "Vendor"
is amended as follows'
The original contract for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
is extended through June 30, 1991. LIEAP program services under this
contract will be delivered between December 1, 1990 and April 30, 1991.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in
effect.
This amendment shall be effective from the effective date of the contract or
the condition stated in this amendment.
