'heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment ol the items listed below
shall be binding upon future owners ol the properly. This consent Is In consideration of a Condiitonal Use
permit to al. low structural alteration of a non-conforming structure located

IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
Agree not to have any kitchen cooking facilities installed in the struc-
ture. Installation of kitchen cooking facilities, or use of the structure
as a separate dwelling unit without obtaining approval from the Ashland
Planning Department shall be a violation of the Ashland Mnni~ip~l
