Greene, do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of Sl.00. Which Easement is for installation and perpetual maintenance of electrical services and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit: Lot 9, Sheridan Heights Subdivision, Phase 2 situated in a portion of Lot 15 of the W.C. Meyer Addition and Lots 2 and 3 of the Davis- Sandler Subdivision all inclusive to the City of Ashland in the Northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; A Public Utility Easement fifteen feet in width described as follows: Commencing at the accepted Initial Point of Sheridan Heights Subdivision, Phase 2; thence North 89 43' 27" West along the northerly right of way of Grant Street in the City of Ashland, 159.40 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right of way, North 19° 42' 57" West 27.08 feet; thence North 89° 43' 27" West, parallel with said right of way, 13.78 feet to the westerly boundary of said Lot 9, Sheridan Heights Subdivision, Phase 2; thence South 00° 06' 53" West along said boundary, 7.16 feet; thence leaving said boundary, South 19° 42' 57" East 19.46 feet to said northerly right of way; thence South 89° 43' 27" East 15.96 feet along said right of way to the True Point of Beginning. The Grantors warrant that they are the owner of said real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record on the below date.
