does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of $1.0'0 (one dollar)
which Easement .is for installation and maintenance of underground
electrical lines includin9 one transformer
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follOws, to-wit:
A strip of land 10.00 'feet in width lying 5.00 feet on each side
of the following described center line:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 11, 12, 13
and 14, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 78°45'23'' West,
3435.60 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way line of
Tolman Creek Road; thence North 00°04'09'' East, 236.52 feet;
thence West 178.00 feet for the True Point of Beginning; thence
North 00°31'45'' East, 92.54 feet for the terminus of this
easement, the side lines of which shall be shortened and/or
extended to close upon the boundary line of the affected parcel.
