As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following Improvements, dedication, or other actions as required by
the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our
heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below
shall be binding upon future owners of the property. This consent is in consideration of A Conditional Use Permit
permit/building permit for the structural alteration of a non-conforming structure.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
_ 1) Agree to participate in the local improvement district for future improvements
to the abutting alley, including paving. The property owner agrees to pay
assigned share of such improvements and waive righL Lu'-'¥"uiHun~LrdLu.
2) Agree not to have any kitchen cooking facilities installed in the structure.

separate dwelling, shall be a violation of the Ashland Municipal Code and
subject to all penalties thereat.
