KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Neal E. Kinzie and Becki J. Kinzie
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and
maintenance of storm drain pipe lines
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip or parcel of land 15.00 feet in width lying 7.50 feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim number 43, Section 10,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East, of the Willamette Meridian, Jacksm~ County, Oregon,
thence South 45.09 feet and West 30.06 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
South 40o 47' 28" West, 52.07 feet to the terminus of this easement~ the side lines
of said easement shall be shortened and/or extended to close upon the right of way
lines of Wightman Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way.
