EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That We, Edward L. Houghton and 3oAnn W. Houghton,
Husband and Wife, do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF
ASHLAND, A municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and
In consideration of $1.00 which Easement Is for the Installation
and maintenance of Public utilities and which Easement Is over
the property situated In 3ackson County, Oregon, described as
follows, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 2, Logan Drive, Phase 1, a Planned
Unit Development to the City of Ashland more fully
described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8 inch Iron pin monumentlng the
southeasterly corner of Lot 2, Logan Drive, Phase 1, a
Planned Unit Development to the City of Ashland; thence
South 88045'00'' West 105.00 feet along the line common
to Lot 1 and Lot 2 of said Planned Unit Development to
the point of curvature of a tangent curve (Radius =
245.00 feet, Central Angle = 22008'39'', Long Chord
bears North 77°40'41'' East 94.10 feet); thence 94.69
feet along said curve; thence North 66°36'21.' East
13.58 feet to a polnt on the easterly line of said Lot
2 and the westerly right of way llne of Scenic Drive;
thence South 01°25'21'' East 23.19 feet to the point of
beginning.
The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said
real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever, except those of record on the below date.
