HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-041 Warranty Deed-OConnorWARRANTY DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that INGRID O'CONNOR, hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to Grantor paid by the City of Ashland, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns, that certain real property, with the tenements, heredita- ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining, situated in the County of Jackson, State of Oregon, described as follows, to-wit: DESCRIBED AS set for in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described and granted premises unto the said Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever. And said Grantor hereby covenants to and with said Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantor is lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted premises, free from all encumbrances, except as herein set forth, and that Grantor will warrant and forever defend the said premises and every part and parcel thereof against the ].awful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever, except those claiming under the above described encumbrances. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE RONALD L.
