AGREEMENT
It is recognized that the hereinafter described land
uses or is permitted to use Talent Irrigation District irrigation
water from the City of Ashland. The right to the use of this
water is regulated and may be temporarily or permanently terminated
pursuant to the provisions of Ashland City Ordinance No, 2~88
and as it may be amended in the future. The land involved is
located at ~:+~ ~:~es~'~t in the City of Ashland, County
of Jackson, State of Oregon, more particularly described as follows:

The owners or contract purchasers are the persons who
have signed this document and they agree to the terms of the above
