EXHIBIT "A"
A Public Utility Easement ten feet in width, Southerly and
parallel to the following described line, situated in the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 59 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, County of
Jackson, State of Oregon more fully described as follows:
Commencing at a point situated on the easterly right of way of
Clay Street in the City of Ashland, Oregon, said point being the
Northwesterly corner of Lot 17, Bellevue Subdivision to the City
of Ashland per Document Number 68-84842 Official Records Jackson
County, Oregon; thence along said right of way, South O0° 16' 50"
West (Record: South O0° 11' West) 252.48 feet to the
Southwesterly corner of a tract described in Volume 555, page 274
Official Records Jackson County, Oregon; thence along said right
of way, South O0° 16' 50" West (Record: South O0° 11' West)
11.96 feet to a point situated at the Southwesterly corner of a
tract of land described in Document Number 88-04842 Official
Record Jackson County, Oregon, the Northwesterly corner of a
Public Utility Easement ten feet in width and the True Point of
Beginning; thence along said Northerly easement boundary, South
64° 50' 50" East 65.49 feet (Record: South 64° 50' 30" East
65.96 feet) to a point situated at the Intersection of said
easement boundary and the Southwesterly line of said tract
described in Volume 555, page 274 Official Records Jackson
County, Oregon; thence along said Southwesterly line and said
easement boundary, South 56° 05' 41" East (Record: South 56° 15'
East) 109.04 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin and the terminus of said
Public Utility Easement.
