do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for public utility easement including
one transformer
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit'
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim number 40,
monumented by a bronze disk in concrete, located in Section 9, ToWnship 39
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;

the Southerly right of way line of Hargadine Street for the True Point of
Beginninq; thence South 25° 15' 46" West, 134.15 feet; thence South
64° 44' 14" East, 9.00 feet; thence South 25° 15' 46" West, 7.00 feet;
thence North 64° 44' 14" West, 9.00 feet; thence South 25° 15' 46" West,
23.00 feet; thence North 64° 44' 14" West, 15.00 feet; thence North 25°
15' 46" East, 166.83 feet; thence South 54° 36' 29" East, 15.24 feet to
the point of beginning.
